Motivation is Key.
Tomorrow you'll have wished you started exercising today. If you're tired of starting over, it's time to stop giving up.
Over the years, my weight has changed considerably. I've gone from being well overweight all the way to very underweight, and everything else in between. Having been through all those changes throughout my life so far, I can tell you with certainty that the only time I felt truly healthy was when I was exercising, and seeing the results.
It's hard work - but it's well worth it. Over the years, I've always found it made a big difference to keep an end goal in mind - whatever that might be. It could be a goal to be able to handle basic activities with more ease, or it could be anything else that drives you to keep going, and keep up a regular routine.
