I just had a baby. Can I use the UB Toner right away?
It is best to consult with your physician or health care provider prior to starting any exercise program after delivering. Your health care professional will instruct you regarding beginning a new physical activity plan.

How many minutes a day do I have to use UB Toner to see results?
Most will see results with 10 minutes per day 3-5 times per week - for a period of at least a few weeks before results could be visible, as is true with any new physical activity plan.

Is UB Toner hard to operate?
No. The UB Toner is not difficult to operate. It is an easy to use, non-stressful way to achieve a smoother & firmer appearance.

The UB Toner can be used any time of the day - whenever you have a free moment. No getting a babysitter, driving to the gym or wasting gas. You can do it anytime that is convenient for you.

Will I get soreness of the muscles when I use UB Toner?
Some may experience muscle soreness but within a short period of time the soreness will subside as you become stronger and accustomed to the program. If you experience unusual or extreme muscle or joint pain please discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.

Will I develop large muscles when using the UB Toner?
Unlikely. The UB Toner is clinically shown to help create sleek, petite muscles that look firm and toned. Women generally do not develop large muscles unless they use heavy weights.
